He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Debra Jean Davison (John), Mark Stephen Hays (Janet) and Scott Andrew; and his grandson Matthew Lee Evans.
He is survived by: his friend Heavenly; and his children, Jeff Hays (Jackie) of Darby, Montana, Donna Evans (Russell) of Rancho Cordova, California and Brooke Hoffman (Gary) of Kaysville, Utah. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 and % great-grandchildren.
