He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Carter and Glenda Carter; and his brothers, Kyle and Richard. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine (Dan), Karl (Sunny), Rodney and Andy (Jill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
