He is survived by: his former spouse William Campbell; his brothers, Pete and Jack, Jr.; his mother-in-law Mary O'Connor; his daughters, Candice Smart (Russell), Connie Hickson (Steve) and Younga Cha; his grandchildren, Justin, Rachel, Andy, Ryan, Todd, Heather and Ashley; and also, Candice Smart and Connie Hickson. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
