He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Blaine Charles and Lucile Lambert Parsons; his wife Cenia Marie Carlsen; his children, Keith Richard (Jill) of Elk Ridge, UT and Laura Lee Hindmarsh (Todd) of Tomball, TX.; his children-in-law, Connie N Robanske of Kennewick, WA. and Richard C Rife Spanish Fork (Colleen); his brothers, Robert Joseph (Connie) and Byron Lee; his children, Lynn Carlson and Janet P. Rife; and his grandson Cole Morgan Hindmarsh. He was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
