With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Kay (Orem, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on May 2, 2023 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Kay to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Henry Kay and Frances Lillian Fowler Kay; and his brothers, Robert Leroy Kay and Norman Dean Kay. He is survived by: his former wife Joyce Kay (Vanmondfrans); and his children, Brian Kay (Lori), JoMarie Larsen (Darren), Michael Kay (Glen Meyers) and Allison Swenson (Ben). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and their spouses; and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging memorials be made to Oakridge School in Springville, Utah or other charities in Richard's name.
