He is survived by: his former wife Opal (Westhoff); his spouse Shirley; his children, Mark (Donna) and Cynthia (Jason); his daughter-in-law Alethea; and his grandchildren, Angela, Mandy, Patrick, Scott, Eric, Ryan, Tracy, Alexis, Ethan and Nikole. He is also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-great Grandchild.
