He is survived by: his child Latter-Day Saint; his spouse LaVaun Smith; his children, Felicia Pimentel (Plinio), Emily Crofts (Keith), Sara Robertson (David), Elizabeth Ficklin, Reuben Ficklin (Alice) and Andrew Ficklin; and his sisters, Darlene Hart, Barbara McBeath (Roger) and Chandra Bell (Verdell). He is also survived by his seven children, 17 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
