He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne Hyde and Marjorie Dorton (Douglas); his wife Linda; his children, Rebecca Bornholdt (Dave), Melissa Oldfield (Sean), Benjamin Smith, Jacob Smith (Lisa) and Jennilyn Hall (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Jameson, Seth, Aaron, Madison, Kieran, Brandon, Nathan, Riley, Rhyanna, Christine, Erica, Robert, Alex, Ryan and Lea.
