He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Leola Ratliff and Richard E. Pflug; his adoptive father D. James Stinson; and his siblings, Carol (Sheldon), Nettie and Rod (Wendy).
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his brothers, Loyd (Susan) and Richard (Sharon); his children, Thomas and Catherine; the parent of his children Shannon; his adoptive sons, Paul (Laurie) and Stephen; and his son Sam. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
