He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Carlisle and Luana Sorensen (Mercer); his wife Elaine; his children, Michael (April), Rebecca (Mac), Benjamin (Emily) and Timothy; his grandchildren, Shawn, Payton, Dominque, Simon, Nicodemus and Ilse; his great grandchild Emma; and his brother Thomas (Christine).
