She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Shaina Smith and Dane Smith; her grandchildren, Brynley, Brooklyn, Addyson, Cameron, Joseph and Toby; her sisters, Pat Carter (David) and Pam Nuttal; and her stepmother Judy Lindstrom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
