He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Eugene Pay and Cora Beth Rostron; his daughters, Kelly Jean Pay Johnson of Charlotte, NC and Sherie Lin Pay Comish of Murray, Utah.; his siblings, Bert Gary Pay of Spanish Fork, Tammy Kay Evans Pawlowski of Orem Utah and Loy Beth Evans of Orem Utah; and his grandchildren, Michael, Edward, Boyd and Alissa. He was also cherished by 6 great-grandchildren.
