She was predeceased by: her mother Alva Nalani Kalama Fonoimoana; her sister Sapi Nahele Fonoimoana; and her daughter Eva Eliza Maunahina Young. She is survived by: her husband David Dean Young; her children, Ammon Dean Kaohimaunu Young, Emma Victoria Pisilaula Young, Kawika Ioane Fonoimoana Young, Aaron Mahunali and Maka'alu Young; and her father Carl Malele Fonoimoana, Sr.. She is also survived by her 11 siblings, along with dozens of nieces and nephews.
