He was predeceased by: his parents, Elleanora Williams Skinner and Bert Skinner; his brother Steven Skinner; and his brother-in-law Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Leah Whiting Skinner; his daughter Terri Lyn Nystrom (Albert); his granddaughters, Natalie Furse (Charles) and Shauntae Anderson (Devin); and his sisters, Merlene (Boyd), MaryAnn Hardman (Dee) and Patricia Skinner Walker. He is also survived by one great grandson, his siblings.
