She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ainsworth and Cole Ainsworth; her grandson Aaron Ainsworth; her brother Rawley O'Neal; and her sister-in-law YuVonka O'Neal. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
