She was predeceased by: her parents, Barlow Elder and Iris Pope; and her sons, David and Rodney. She is survived by: her cousin Mary Jo Swenson; her children, Diana Lee Swenson Gourley, Joe Neil Swenson (Jolene) and Julie Ann Swenson Keele (Mark); and her siblings, Wendell Elder, Clay Elder, Carolee Elder Anderson and Claudia Elder Penrod. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
