She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Oldaker and Lucille Oldaker (Hoover); and her siblings, Harvey, Ray, Azel, Kathy and Virginia.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Schmid; her children, Tina Ostler (Brent) and Donnie Schmid; her grandchildren, Nick Ostler (Megan), Courtney Draper (Chris), Caitie Ostler (Evan Lurker) and Matt Ostler (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Benson, Calvin, Dax, Evie, Finley and Oliver.
