He is survived by: his mother Hubertina Rita Calistro; his children, Wesley Joseph Smith (Sarah Marie Decker), Sara Elizabeth Smith Weinzetl (Anthony Paul Weinzetl) and Samantha Elyse Smith (Michael Ray); and his children-in-law, Brian Wesley Smith (Karen Lee Alder), Monte John Smith (Donna Ann Morris) and Michael Scott Smith (Patty Waldrop). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and an aunt.
