He is survived by: his children, David Andersen (Kerry) of Orem, Utah, Jeff Andersen (Lori) of Rexburg, Idaho, Sheryl Khushigian (Jon) of Sanger, California, Blaine Andersen (Marci) of Maitland, Florida, Ronald Andersen of Lehi, Utah and Douglas Andersen (Debra) of Pleasant Grove, Utah.
