She is survived by: her husband Ray Keith Kelsey; her children, Tony Kelsey (Laura), Debbie Miller (Doug), Rick Kelsey (Allison), Cottonwood Heights, Leon Kelsey (DeAnn) and Murray; and her sister Donna Hardy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren.
