It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Cowburn of Orem, Utah, born in Richfield, Utah, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Utley and Cleo Utley; and her former husband Martin Henry Cowburn. She is survived by: her siblings, Colleen Madden (Ted), Duane Utley (Vicky) and Dan Utley (Trisha); her husband Rodney Winkel; her close friend Marty Cowburn; her children, Wendy Flygare (Dave) of American Fork, UT, Laurie Burrows (Ken) of Orem, UT, Tad Ruggles (Megan) of Homeland, CA, Kristen Ruth (Steve) of Orem, UT, Karly Johnson of Orem, UT and Kassie Whipple (Matt) of Eagle Mountain, UT; and her foster daughter Sandi Shondee of Tempe, AZ.. She is also survived by 6 children, 23 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
