He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan McNeil and Margie McNeil; and his brothers, Gary McNeil and Tom McNeil (JennieLee). He is survived by: his children, Todd, Janalyn McNeil, Brad, Jan Farrer, Lee and Sandi McNeil; and his siblings, Mavis Burmingham, Carolyn McNeil, Marva Box and Jim McNeil. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
