It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Monroe Frazier of Orem, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on April 28, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon M. Frazier and Ruth M. Boley Frazier. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin (Hildegunde) of Orem, Sandra Gibson (Val) of Payson, Ruthann Frazier Bales of Saratoga Springs and Karen Frazier of Orem. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
