He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Bingham and Lillian Henderson Howell; his wife Barbara Ann Hunter; his children, Barry Howell (Barbara), Debra Spencer (Steve), Douglas Howell (Adonia), Brenda Reynolds (Jeffery), Andrea Howell (Keyvan Mashayekhi) and Susan Lott (Dan); and his brother Don Howell. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
