He is survived by: his mother Brenda Carol Donahue; his wife Heather; his children, Danae, Keith II, Kaitlyn (Kolton) and Donovan; and his siblings, Dan Conley (Julie), Theresa Peters (Doug), Steve Conley (Christina), Brent Curry (Kristy), Jamie Conley, Lori Conley and Mark Conley.
