It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin Trevino (Orem, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ken, Geneva Olsen, Rodolpho Trevino and Lloyd Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Rudy and Keri Olsen; his siblings, Ashley Thompson (Kandis), Jessica (Dan), Tiani (Michael), Shantel, Travis (Kaylee), Mitchel, Adam (Tyler) and Logan (Andrea); his nieces, Miley, Cienna, Kynlee, Addison, Sage, Ashlyn and Evelyn; his nephew Braxton; and his grandparents, Dina Madsen (Kay), Kent and Selma Wright. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
