Joyce RaNae Nelson Miller Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce RaNae Nelson Miller (Orem, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Alberta Luke and David Thomas Nelson, II; her son Everett Hudson Chopper Miller, III; and her siblings, David III, Beverly, Joseph, Marie, Shirlene, Anna May and Owen.

She is survived by: her husband Everett Hudson Miller, Jr. of Orem, UT; her sons, Jeffrey Scott Miller (Patricia) of Payson, UT and David Wayne Miller of Springville, UT; her sister Roberta Clarice Nelson of Nathrop, CO; and her pet Foxy. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, neighbors, friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Suncrest 10th Ward Chapel (95 N 600 W St, Orem, UT 84057).
