In the vast expanse of eternity, Joyce Garrard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Chris Hammond (Katrina), Kelli Bone (Sebastian) and Kimberlee Mitchell (Chris); and her siblings, Janice Bush (Craig), Billie Hubbard (Scott), Mike Garrard (Terri) and Matthew Garrard (Julie). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
