He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Butler Holt and Janese Richardson; his children, Hannah Rose and Andrew Joshua; his wife Amy Rose Vogtman; and his sister JenaLe.

Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Canyon View 9th Ward (575 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
