He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn Joan Zaneski; his wife Kathy; his son Justin; his grandsons, Wayland, Wyatt (Michelle Evans) of Utah, Brandon, Cash and Drake of Nevada; and his sons, Christopher Urianza (Sabrina Rath) of California and Matthew Urianza (Tammi Morris). He is also survived by two sisters, two brothers, many nieces and nephews.
