He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse DeAnn Hickman Giles; his children, Catherine Giles Pierce (Terry), John Reid Giles III (Kara), Julie Giles Parkes (Joseph), Robert Benjamin Giles (Stacey), Elizabeth Giles Carver (Scott), Deborah Giles Bethers (Daniel) and William Anthony Giles; his parents, John Reid and Catherine Sims Giles; his close friend DeAnn Hickman; and his sisters, Susan Huff (Don) and Sandra Roozen (Ken). He was also cherished by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces and other family members.
