He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Miller of Provo; his children, Rachael Claire McKinnon (Greg) of San Diego, David Miller Adams (Erin) of Provo and John Spencer (Brittany) of Herriman; his grandchildren, James Levi McKinnon, Bradley John Carver, Andrew Archibald McKinnon, Ethan David Adams, Elizabeth Skye McKinnon, Lucy Isabelle Carver, Evan Cole Adams, Amelia Kathryn Carver, Matthew Carver McKinnon, Luke Seth Adams, Max Brian Carver and Elle Elizabeth Adams; his brother James Carver (Darlene) of Boise; and his sister-in-law Claudia Hoopes of American Fork, Utah..
