He was predeceased by: his father William Wallace Ratcliffe (Bill); his son William; and his brother Craig Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his mother Nelda Jean Gammell Ratcliffe of Orem; his wife Rokia Diarra Ratcliffe of Bamako; his brother Gary Ratcliffe (Michelle) of Springville; and his sister-in-law Dawn Ratcliffe of West Jordan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
