We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2022, at the age of 74, Jay Cordell Bott (Orem, Utah) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jay Cordell Bott to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy J. Bott Jr. and Blanche Toombs Bott; his significant other Julie Johnson Bott; his stepson Michael Johnson; his brother Douglas Bott; and his niece Ashley Holt.

He is survived by: his former wife Janet Matthews; his wife Julie Christiansen; his children, Jason (Krista), Jeffrey (Amie), Janelle Bott Fenn and Jeremy (Aubrey); his stepdaughters, Jennifer Tittensor (Zach) and Rebecca Johnson; and his sisters, Dianne Bott Adler (Thomas) and Carole Bott Tudor. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to a cancer charity of your choice such as the American Cancer Society or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
