He was predeceased by: his wife Melba Rose Richman Turner; and his parents, Vivian Jay Turner and Erma L Walker. He is survived by: his sisters, Cleo Broome (Robert) and Elaine Julius (Voy); his granddaughters, Kirstin and Shirstin Turner; and his sons, Kenneth Turner, Ronald Turner (Karen), James Turner (Lisa) and Jay (Melba). He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cascade 6th Ward (400 North 400 East, Orem, UT 84097). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
