He is survived by: his siblings, Kay, Terry, Marsha Sparhawk (Don) of Rigby and Connie Snyder (William) of Salem; and his children, Scott Lee (Cari) of Lehi, Tyler Lee (Maria) of Smithfield, Spencer Lee (Emily) of Mapleton, Angi Lee Farnsworth of Alpine, Donald Lee (Patricia) of Grand Junction and Heidi Long of Highland, Utah..
He lived his life as a humble and faithful servant of our Lord, Jesus Christ, and was an example of kindness and charity to all who knew him.
