He is survived by: his wife Marla Hendrickson; his children, Heather Givich (Dan), Jared, Joe Hendrickson Hargrave (Josh) and Jordan (Amanda); his grandchildren, Alex, Sam, Joanna, Ronin, Archer and Nora; his son Max; and his siblings, Merle, Joe and Julia.
