He was predeceased by: his wife Pat. He is survived by: his sisters, Lonnie Rae Smithson, Jean Mullins and Merle Van Weerd; his daughter Sherod; his former wife Karen Nina Richards; his wife Nina Cooke; his daughters, Karmelle Willmore (Ron), Teresa Faires, Kathy Goodwin (John), Suzanne Baldridge (Charley), Valerie Kempner (Joel) and Kirsten Davis (Mitchel); and his stepchildren, Julie Mulford (Vally), Rhonda Platten, Jeanette Parker (Mike), Randall Richards (Nicki) and Melissa Blackburn (Scott). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
