He is survived by: his wife Betty Mae Clark; his brother Glen (Ester); and his children, Steven Jack Clark, Kathleen Henrie (Max), Marian Annette Adams (Lane) and Anna Marie Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
