He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Jackson and Norma Ora Jackson (Paulson); and his siblings, Mary, Janet, Paul and David (Ronna).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Jackson (Andersen); his brother Oran Jackson; his sister-in-law Nancy Jackson; his children, Tamara Johnson (Jack), Martin Jackson (Laurie), Nacole Jackson, Tiffany Carter (Grandon), James Jackson (Dixie) and Vernon Jackson; and his grandchildren, Crystal Osbourne (Brady), Mykal Johnson, Kortni Jackson, Spencer Jackson, Samantha Chipman (Seth), Kristina, Sarah, Skye Carter, Graysen, Landon and Nora Jackson. He is also survived by 18 his father passed and he helped his mother raise his younger brothers.
Howard Vernon Jackson, age 71, died September 14, 2020, due to complications related to Alzheimer's disease.
