He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lars and Dorotha Webb (Underwood); his sisters, Jean and Roseanne; his son-in-law Brent Clark; and his grandson Brandon Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Katheryn Blanche Hales; and his children, Sheila Clark, Robert Webb (Robbie), Michael Webb (Karen) and Christopher (Natalie). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
