He was predeceased by: his parents, Delpha Mitchell Ellis and Garth Lewis; his brothers, Stuart and Kelly Lewis; and his parents-in-law, Norman and Marilyn Mooney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn; and his children, Hillary Sisson (Skyler), Whitney Whitehead (Calvin), Audrey Limb (Daniel), Levi Lewis (Lindy) and Michael Savio (Kate). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
