He was predeceased by: his father Shelby Lynn Whaley; his father-in-law Jose Bonifacio; his brother-in-law Rock Bastian; and his nephew Lane Bastian. He is survived by: his mother Denise Ream Whaley; his significant other Elizabeth Maria Silva (Liz); his son Mitchell Whaley; and his siblings, Melanie Bastian (Rock), Kevin Whaley (Julee), Brad Whaley (Suzy) and Gregg Whaley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
