He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ashworth and Vera Campbell Ashworth; his wife Helen; his siblings, Beth, Don, Leon and Fay; his son Richard; and his son-in-law Mark Payne.
He is survived by: his children, James (Cheryl) of Orem and Connie Williams (Lynn) of Orem. He is also survived by nine Grandchildren, nineteen Great-Grandchildren and six Great-Great Grandchildren.
