He was predeceased by: his parents, Oleen Stokes and Fern Austin Stokes. He is survived by: his spouse Frances Fullmer; his children, Laurie Bott, Scott Stokes, Craig Stokes and Paula McDowell (Jim); and his brother Glen Stokes. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren.
