He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ezra Curtis and Alva Curtis; and his wife Nedra Jean Davis. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Shriners Children's Hospital.
