He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Wise and Henrietta Wise of Alpine Ut; his siblings, Sandra Cooper (Samuel), Susan Heaps (Thomas), Sharon Cottrell (Chad) and Cary Wise (Mindy); his children, Gary Leo Wise of Santa Rita and Guam; his former wife Erica; and his wife Nila.
