He is survived by: his parents, Lyle Arthur and Esther Idonna Johnson; his siblings, Gregg Johnson (Amy), Raquel Franklin (Stan), Bryan Johnson (Lori) and Stephanie Christiansen (Steve); his wife Cynthia Kerr Johnson; his children, Leeonna (Carlos) of Colorado, Kellan G. Johnson, Sharee Price, Messina Stewart (Taylor), Kayley Morales-Johnson (Jairo) and Nathan Lyle Johnson; and his grandchildren, Bailey Stewart, Cooper, Piper Price, Teo and Skye Morales-Johnson. He is also survived by the oldest of five children, with two brothers and two sisters.
