He is survived by: his wife Corinne Johnson; his sister Lethia Lee; his children, Jacquelyn Howard (John), Leilani Russell (Rusty), Nicole Conley (Jared), David (late Nalani) and Michael (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Robert, Ammon, Emma, Keilani, Makaio, Kawika, Kaijah, Aaron, Indi, Aria, Isla, Mei, Nainoa and Kai.
