He was predeceased by: his parents, Verland Dittmore Johnson and Marvirda Helois Paxman Johnson (Wadley); his daughter Laurel; and his stepfather Reif Wadley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Rae Oscarson; his children, Mark (Unju), Cherylnn, Steven (Ruth Ann), Scott (Sasha), Kenneth (Amy), Dean (Brenda), Hal (Michelle) and Eric (Shelly); and his sisters, Barbara Draper and Kathleen Blanchard. He is also survived by 38 grandchildren.
